There have been so many sweep opportunities the Mariners let slide in the clinching game this year, a huge reason they have yet to win even four games in a row. But not today, as the Mariners held on for a 4-3 win over the Los Angeles Angels and head to the all-star break nine games under .500. They ve hovered around that level for two months now and needed this improbable sweep to at least generate some momentum. There is no denying the team s 8-5 record against the Rangers, Reds, Red Sox and now, the Angels, the past two weeks was impressive. So are the nearly six runs per game scored by the Mariners and the 48 runs in seven games this homestand. But they waited until July to do it. Waited until they fell 12 games under .500 before finally sweeping a series. The Mariners needed something big to happen this weekend if they wanted any realistic hope of even a .500 season. Well, they just got it. And they ll need similar strong results once the break ends if they are to make a dent in those remaining nine games. But certainly, this rates as a start. Its a big win for us, especially going to the break, Mariners manager Eric Wedge said. Its something we havent done this year. Its hard to win a series, hard to sweep. And when you do that, you make up some ground. And as I mentioned, theres a lot to make up. A lot of good things have happened here, Wedge said. Not just in the last three days, but the last two or three weeks. And you can see where these guys are headed. The Mariners hit another home run today and have gone deep in a franchise record 22 consecutive games. Michael Saunders hit the big blow today, a two-run homer in the second off Joe Blanton. Saunders is now 10-for-28 (.357) the past week and boy, does this team ever need him to get his game back to where ir s supposed to be. Were playing good baseball right now, Saunders said. One-through-nine in the batting order. Starting pitching and bullpen. We lost a tough series to Boston but we played good baseball. And then Anaheim came in here and we didnt let that previous series get us down. That s true. The last two times the Mariners played the Angels, they suffered devastating letdowns. There was that series in May when they were blown out two games to extend their losing streak to an eventual eight. Then, last month, when they dropped three of four in Anaheim, including a finale in which they blew an 8-1 lead. That didn t happen this time. The Mariners put it away when they had a chance. Weve been playing well as of late, said Justin Smoak, hitting .386 this month. We played well against Boston that last series, just werent able to get some Ws there. But weve been swinging the bats and pitching well and youve seeing that on the field. Now, we ll see whether they can sustain those results after the break. If they can, folks will start viewing them a whole lot differently. We ll have to see.
The 29-year-old had already put in a training session with the team earlier in the day and . I asked coach Sigi Schmid if Weber had been on the team s radar this season. Goalkeeper became a position of need with Marcus Hahnemann set to miss a month with a hamstring strain and Josh Ford recovering from knee surgery.
Obviously he was here last year; we knew he was in Phoenix and (goalkeeper coach Tommy Dutra) keeps in contact with him, Schmid said of Weber. (Bryan) Meredith, as well, is back in the country, so we were talking to him also. We just figured this was the best alternative because he knows the team, he knows Seattle, he knows the situation, the group knows him. So we felt it was a good alternative if it was something Phoenix felt comfortable doing.

Tom Krebsbach , Brier Natural gas could be a solution Contractors work on a natural-gas power plant under construction in Utah. The administration has been upbeat on natural gas. [George Frey/Bloomberg.] There can be no denying that human-caused global warming is taking place. The scientific evidence is incontrovertible. The question remains: What is the best way to ameliorate this problem? Obviously, the warming threat should motivate countries throughout the world to adopt sustainable forms of power generation from solar and wind sources. Unfortunately, these sources are not ideal for all of civilization’s energy needs. This is particularly true with regard to the transportation of people and goods, where the sun and wind cannot produce an intense enough burst of power. The current answer for these transportation needs lies with natural gas. Natural gas is an extremely clean-burning fossil fuel that emits much less global-warming-causing carbon dioxide than other fossil fuels. As the article points out, however, natural gas has its own risks. Natural gas or methane, in its unburned state,Cheap Dallas Cowboys Jerseys on sale, is a much worse pollutant than carbon dioxide. Unchecked leakage of unburned natural gas can neutralize any benefits achieved from using this fuel. This quandary really can be reduced to one essential question: Are we willing to take the necessary steps to ensure that gas production, transmission and use become essentially leak-free? While that may seem tough, it is by no means unachievable. It requires the necessary regulations and investment in infrastructure. I certainly hope the cynics and critics, who declare defeat at the first problem that surfaces, are not allowed to torpedo the use of a very promising answer to our short-term energy needs. [Bearbeiten] Another one that got away for a Mariners team without wins t
The Mariners kept on hitting tonight, but found another way to lose a winnable game and fall back to 10 games under .500 with the All-Star Break and key decisions looming. Sure, there were positives to take from this game, starting with the two-homer game from Kendrys Morales, the three-hit night by Brad Miller and all those runs again piled on by the Mainers who have scored 19 in two games. On the downside, one of their all-star pitchers, Hisashi Iwakuma, looks better suited to toss the Home Run Derby right now than the Mid-Summer Classic itself. That s three more long balls allowed by Iwakuma tonight, eight in his last three starts and 10 in his last four outings. Yes, there is some kind of problem here. “For the most part, I was missing location-wise,’’ Iwakuma said, through interpreter Antony Suzuki. “I caught too much of that part of the plate and that was the main issue today.’’ And the last month or so? “I think my pitches have caught too much of the plate the last couple of starts,’’ Iwakuma said. “I need to work on that. I know I have time to make some adjustments and that’s what we need to do.’’ Well, he may have time to make those before his next outing. But the Mariners are running out of time to make this season into something more than just another training session for kids. They had generated all sorts of positive momentum coming off that road trip and after blowing the Red Sox off the field on Monday night. Then, they gave Iwakuma a 5-1 lead by the second inning of this one and he tossed it away. Like so many others the Mariners have junked with an ace or a closer on the mound. This team doesn t have that many wins to spare. It struggles to win more than two in a row at the best of times because guys aren t getting the pitching and the hitting synched up. We can point the finger at injuries and say this team hasn t had a full compliment of players all year, but the truth is that Raul Ibanez s numbers have more than offset the loss of full-timer Michael Morse.?Franklin Gutierrez hasn t stayed healthy since 2009 and the really gut-wrenching losses this year have by-and-large been as a result of the work of healthy-pitchers. Tonight s game had nothing to do with injuries. It had to do with a veteran starter not getting it done and the bullpen following suit. David Ortiz stole a base off an otherwise preoccupied Carter Capps in the eighth inning. It s nice that Capps was trying to work his slider in more, but the basics of the game call for you to look the runner back to first from time to time, not merely focus on getting your work in like it s spring training. That s been part of the problem here in Seattle the past few years, where games by July tend to mean so little in the standings that the MLB club serves as a young player schooling ground instead of a finished product you charge full price to watch. Which is great, except the fans in the stands and the ones who write in to me daily and phone in on radio were actually excited about the team of the past week because it showed signs of winning again and let them think that maybe, just maybe, this summer could be more interesting. Well, I suppose it will be until August, when football training camp opens and all except a few diehards stick around to watch a team groom players for 2014, 2015 and beyond. But for a team to hold anyone s interest for more than a week or two beyond July as the Mariners did for a mild streak last August that turned out to be just another tease that meant little you have to be able to win games with some consistency. The Mariners instead keep giving away the ones they should be locking up and that s all part of learning how to win. It s not just about collecting stats. Even after Iwakuma bailed three innings into this game, the Mariners still took a 7-6 lead and had a shot at winning after chasing ineffective Boston starter Allen Webster just 2 1/3 innings in and getting some hits off the first reliever who followed. But then Craig Breslow came on, shut the Mariners down for the most part and wound up earning the win. Blake Beavan came on for Seattle having not pitched in nine days and gave up a run in the fourth, then another in the fifth. After that, Capps,Latest 2013 NFL Jerseys, Charlie Furbush and company allowed three more runs in the eighth to turn a close one into an easy ninth-inning save opportunity for Boston. “Today, we just couldn’t get anybody out and guys struggled in the bullpen,Cheap Dallas Cowboys Jerseys on sale,’’ Mariners manager Eric Wedge said. “They did, too, but when they went to their middle inning guys, they got guys out and that was the difference in the ballgame.’’ Look, I get the whole rebuilding thing and that it takes time for some players to progress. But wins and losses are part of any development plan and this team if it keeps tossing wins away will take a step backward in overall record from last year and that s not development. That s regression, especially when the bar was so low to begin with. The Mariners lost tonight because the veteran starting pitcher they extended by two years to help them win did not get the job done. And because a bullpen that was supposed to be a team strength again didn t do the club any real favors. When that happens, it has to be called as such. There has to be disappointment in losing games that should be won or else you ll wind up with a nice team of stat collectors that wins a few games when it s safe enough meaning they ve fallen too far back to have any real pressure on them and can t nail that door shut when it actually matters. This team has had plenty of chances to be close to a .500 club despite all of the injury setbacks. The reason it is 10 games under .500 is because of a penchant for losing games that are imminently winnable, as this one was tonight. Losing those games doesn t make you a better winner later on. Winning those games does. Until this team figures out how to make its own life easier a lot more often, none of the short-lived momentum gained this year will carry over by any meaningful extent next season. So,Mariners keep on pounding the ball in 6, no, you can t just shrug this one off as another loss by a rebuilding team. Losing has become too acceptable around these parts going on a decade and five years into this plan, it s not too early to expect all of that waiting to have yielded a club that knows how to keep momentum going longer than 48 hours at a time. And when it can t do it, can t get the job done, it s OK to call the team out on it. This team had expectations this year, but at 10 games below .500, they have not beeen met. This team had expectations coming into tonight after a 5-2 week, then promptly blew a 5-1 lead with arguably their best starter on the mound. Sense a pattern? Only the Mariners can break it. And it starts by being ticked off that they blew yet another game they had in the palm of their hands.

A wise man once told me that if you want to be a successful pitcher, the most important things are location and changing speeds.
Carlos Villanueva demonstrated exactly why changing speeds is important,Cheap Nike NFL jerseys Supplier, with this ridiculous 57-mph lob pitch to Jayson Werth that left him frozen and shaking his head for a solid 5 seconds after the pitch crossed the plate.

An Unexpected Historical Archive
"Little did we know until years later, that every single conference call we had,, every single telephone conversation related to the march and other matters, was wiretapped and the contents transcribed by the FBI. So while we would be having so-called confidential conference calls, there was another party that was also a part of everything we did," Jones says. "The contents were wire recorded, transcribed and written into a daily running transcript." Attorney General Robert Kennedy signed off on the wiretaps, Jones says. And because of those wiretaps, Jones now knows how the FBI viewed King's performance at the Lincoln Memorial. Subsequently, Jones says, he was reviewing an internal top-secret FBI memo, when he learned that the FBI considered King dangerous. Under a memo titled "Negro Question," the FBI memo said this about King: "He stands head and shoulders above all other Negro leaders put together when it comes to influencing great masses of Negroes. We must mark him now, if we have not done so before, as the most dangerous Negro of the future in this Nation." That memo was dated Aug. 30, 1963 two days after the March on Washington. All these years later, Jones is actually grateful for those wiretaps. Thanks to the FBI, he has a vast and accurate archive of the time. "If I have a fuzzy memory or hazy memory, I look at it,Cheap Nike NFL jerseys Supplier, and there's a verbatim transcript of the conversations about a certain event, a certain person or a certain problem we were discussing," Jones says. Jones always thought the government was listening. King, he says, didn't want to believe him. "In his harshest moments, he would not accuse me, but he would characterize me as being a 'left-wing McCarthyite.' That I was seeing FBI agents under the bed and all around, just like Joseph McCarthy saw Communists," Jones recalls. "It would come up because often we would have conference calls around 10:30, 11:00 at night, and that's after I had maybe two martinis and a shot of Jack Daniels. ... "Anyway, I would get on the phone, and I would say, 'OK, is everybody ready now?' ... And I'd say, 'OK, Mr. FBI man or FBI woman, do you have your pencil ready? Do you have your pad ready now? Because we're gonna start this conference call.' "And Dr. King would say, 'Clarence, why don't you stop that? ... They have much better things to do than to listen to our conversation.' " Of course,Wholesale NFL Jerseys Pro Shop, Jones had the last laugh and even now, 50 years later, he laughs as he recounts the conversation. "I said, 'Oh really?' And I was proven right."
[Bearbeiten] TV Review- Dexter 8.8, "Are We There Yet-"
Joseph Kratzer says:
Hey, Daniel, glad to see you came back! I was afraid I might have scared you off or shamed you from the internet forever. Thank you for the compliment; responding to readers comments is the only way (aside from trying to write decent reviews) I know how to try fostering consistent readership. Plus, engaging in dialogues with readers (and other writers) really is something I enjoy.
Okay, so you re going to continue watching Bryan Fuller s Hannibal, a show you apparently hate, because you are a loyal fan of Manhunter and Silence of the Lambs, correct? I understand the curiosity to watch how a new adaptation is treating a beloved character, even if you dislike the adaptation in question, but you also mention wanting to give it ratings implying you don t want it to be cancelled (which I know you believe is its destiny). If you think the show is doing such a bad job, why don t you want it to be cancelled?
Not to whip out my Critical Movies-Screenplay and series Expert-knowledge (an awesome phrase for just knowing how to use IMDb and Wikipedia), but I think you may find it interesting to know that the same man who wrote the screenplay for Silence of the Lambs also wrote the screenplay for Red Dragon. I think it s a great example of the significance of the director s role in film making, something you need to start considering to avoid thinking in terms of black and white, which doesn t help your credibility.
I will,The Lovie Smith Story- My Players Loved Me, Even if Bears Fa,Cheap Nike NFL jerseys Supplier, however, say that you re not the first person I ve heard claim Manhunter is superior to Red Dragon. I ve never seen Manhunter and I always got the impression it wasn t very good, but I m curious now to check it out.
I also thought Scott Glenn gave a fine performance as Jack Crawford (not Crowford ) in Silence of the Lambs, but I don t think Harvey Keitel did a bad job either. You understand the same actors aren t always available for different projects, right? Laurence Fishburne is also doing a really great job with the character in Hannibal and I think you should give it a second look.
I understand you don t enjoy Bryan Fuller s Hannibal, but I don t understand why you find it disappointing. It s easy to criticize someone else s work, but without providing any reasoning or evidence to support your claims your criticisms hold no meaning. For example, what is it about Crawford s arc in Hannibal s first season that you find so boring?
Also, I m disappointed you haven t responded to any of my points in my responses. For instance, did you read the interview with Bryan Fuller from The A.V. Club I recommended? I meant it when I suggested it as a fascinating and educational read which should help you to understand what exactly goes into the writing and production process,Wholesale NFL Jerseys Pro Shop, as well as how capable Bryan Fuller is, and how much of a fan of Thomas Harris books he is.
And what disparities were you referring to between Fuller s versions of the characters and those of other portrayals? Were you referring to the movies or the books? How are they so different and why is one inferior to the others?
Finally, it is true that Hannibal has an up-hill battle to fight when it comes to ratings, but not because of a lack of quality. Ironically, Hannibal is a case of something being too good to succeed. This is because the show is currently a co-production which involves NBC, one of the few American broadcast networks (as opposed to cable networks like AMC or FX, or premium networks like HBO or Showtime). By airing primarily on NBC there is greater pressure for it to have mainstream appeal, which isn t the same as high quality. Hannibal is a very dark series and isn t necessarily for mass audiences so fans are skeptical of it lasting on NBC for much of Fuller s planned run. (Although because it is a co-production and is relatively inexpensive to make, there s a great chance it would be picked up by another network if NBC does eventually drop it.) If, however, it does get cancelled, Daniel, I won t think of you in the way you predict, but rather with pity that so many viewers failed to grasp the excellence of the series.
By the way, is English not your first language? I m just not sure how to gauge the irony of you sarcastically calling me a master of the language and Poet in the same sentence you misspell the word truth. I don t mean to hurt your feelings, but proper spelling, grammar, sentence structure, syntax, etc., all go a long way to give yourself greater credibility and respect when communicating with others.
Thanks for reading and responding, and I hope you continue to do so on my other reviews (as long as you put in the effort to make legitimate claims with sufficient evidence and reasoning).
[Bearbeiten] Cubs Weekly Recap- June 3 Through June 9
The went 2-3 last week. The team split a two-game series against the , and won only one game against the . The Cubs currently sit in fourth place -- the team is one game ahead of the and fourteen and a half games behind the .
Runs Scored: 17 | Runs Scored per Game: 3.40 | Runs Allowed: 19 | Runs Allowed per Game: 3.80
Competition Adjusted Runs Scored: 0.82 | Competition Adjusted Runs Allowed: 0.96
The Cubs were 18% worse than the average offense and 4% better than the average pitching staff. The offense struggled mightily against the Pirates league-best pitching staff. , , and the Pirates' bullpen stymied the Cubs offense. Aside from the blown game on Tuesday, the pitching staff pitched well this week.
Cubs starters pitched 31? of the 44 innings played this week, or 71% of the innings pitched, which is down from last week's 74%, and higher than the major league average of approximately 69%.
The Three Most Important Plays
6/4 Bot 8, man at 2nd base with two outs, 3-2 Cubs: hits a two-run home run off to give the Angels the lead, resulting in a -.514 WPA. The Cubs had a 65.2% chance of winning the game prior to his at bat, and a 13.8% chance of winning the game after his at bat.
6/5 Top 10, bases loaded with two outs, 5-5 Tie: hits a bases-clearing double off to give the Cubs the lead, resulting in a .432 WPA. The Cubs had a 53.6% chance of winning the game prior to his at bat, and a 96.8% chance of winning the game after his at bat.

Most Valuable Cub Hitter
- Ransom had a couple of huge home runs this week: one against Jason Vargas to tie the game in Anaheim on Wednesday, and an eventual game-winning one against on Sunday. In only 84 plate appearances, Ransom has quietly put together a great season: a .330 wOBA, which corresponds to a 112 wRC+. He has also been pretty good in the field, posting a positive UZR thus far this year.
Unfortunately,Cheap Nike NFL jerseys Supplier, this isn't likely to continue as Ransom is posting an unsustainably high 25.0% HR/FB rate, which manifests itself in his career-best .270 ISO. While Ransom has played much better than we expected,Back Injury Forces Tiger Woods Out of This Week's NB3 Challenge, our expectations of what he's capable of shouldn't change: he's likely the same middling player he has been for most of his career.
Most Valuable Cub Pitcher
- Jackson put together his best performance as a Cub against the Pirates this past week. It marked the first time this season that Jackson completed seven innings, and only the second time that he surrendered one earned run or less, (the first time was against the Brewers when he surrendered only one earned run, but four unearned runs).
regarding my writeup on how Jackson is underperforming his luck-neutral stats. In my analysis, I should have addressed his K% and BB%, which as Aldimond pointed out, is a better metric than K/9 and BB/9 because the latter two are affected by BABIP. While his K/9 and BB/9 are better and worse than his recent performance, respectively, his K% and BB% are both in line with with recent performance.
Jackson's above average strikeout rate, average walk rate, and above average ground ball rate are all positive signs that suggest that he can pitch well. We just have to wait and see if the results catch up to him. The good news is that over the course of the season and projects him to finish with 3.2 WAR.
Least Valuable Cub Hitter
- This week was just another week in a very disappointing season for Castro. His .243/.283/.339 line has translated into a career-worst .275 wOBA, which is good for .
Not only has Castro's walk rate fallen to a career-low 4.2%, but his strikeout rate has also risen to a career-high 17.0%. While his increased strikeout rate may indicate that Castro is attempting to hit for more power, his rising ISO trend -- .108 in 2010, .125 in 2011, and .147 in 2012 -- has been cut short this year as Castro is currently sporting a .096 ISO. Furthermore, after posting a positive UZR season last year, Castro has once again slipped back into negative territory this year. While his BABIP is a little lower than his career rate -- it currently stands at .286 versus a career rate of .328 -- Castro has had a couple seasons worth of potentially inflated BABIPs, which may skew his career rate upward.
That said, ZiPS expects Castro to get his act together by the end of the season. ZiPS expects Castro to post a .322 wOBA over the course of the rest of the season. To put that in perspective,Wholesale NFL Jerseys Pro Shop, Castro posted a .323 wOBA last season. This isn't how any of us wanted to see Castro progress, but maybe these struggles will help Castro learn to make the adjustments that are necessary for him to become the all-star caliber shortstop we envisioned when he came up to the majors.
Least Valuable Cub Pitcher
Carlos Villanueva: After beginning his tenure in the bullpen by pitching well -- he threw 5? scoreless innings -- Villanueva struggled mightily this past week. In his three innings of work, he faced sixteen batters, and surrendered three earned runs, two of which ended up being the decisive runs in the loss against the Angels on Tuesday night. With the return of Garza, Villanueva was meant to provide Sveum with another dependable arm in the pen. The Cubs could really use an effective Villanueva given the bullpen's struggles this year as well as Fujikawa's season-ending injury.
The Cubs stay at Wrigley to start the week with four games against the , and then head to New York to play a three-game set against the .

Manchester United have seen an improved ￡36 million bid for left-back Leighton Baines and midfielder Marouane Fellaini rejected by Everton,Wholesale NFL Jerseys Pro Shop, despite the pair admitting they want to leave this summer.

However, despite the England defender and Belgian midfielder wanting out,Latest 2013 NFL Jerseys, Everton have rejected United s new bid of ￡36 million, according to the .
United had already failed with a ￡26 million bid for the pair but their latest offer significantly cranks up the pressure on the Merseysiders with just three days until the closure of the transfer window.
The Red Devil s latest bid sees Baines valued at just over ￡12 million and Fellaini closer to his recently-expired ￡23.5 million buy-out clause,10 Weird Questions with Danny Zuker of ‘Modern Family&, which ran out at the end of July.
United manager David Moyes is keen to add to his squad this summer with his only signing to date being rookie Guillermo Varela.
And Everton are bracing themselves for life without their two star players this season, with boss Roberto Martinez admitting he has contingency plans.
The way you work in the transfer market is to always think about the unthinkable. You always have to work in a way which means that if the worst was to happen, and you picked up one or two injuries, you need to replace players.
That’s the norm so you always have to work like that.
I have told the chairman (Bill Kenwright) I don’t want to know anything that’s going on (with United). I only want to know the final news. I have had enough of he said this, he said that .
This is sensitive.
It is understood Everton will go in for Blackpool s Tom Ince, Wigan midfielder James McCarthy and Manchester City s Gareth Barry if they lose Baines and Fellaini.
[Bearbeiten] Study aims to fight highway hypnosis
Those long drives over the Labor Day weekend may be enough to lull some drivers into a trance, prompting researchers to look into ways to snap drivers out of highway hypnosis.
Researchers at the Hyundai-Kia Technical Center are working with the University of Michigan to develop a system that can warn drivers about highway hypnosis,Wholesale NFL Jerseys Pro Shop, which can reduce a driver's reaction time due to a trance-like state.

"Your brain goes into an auto-pilot phase."
Highway hypnosis can have devastating consequences since it reduces a driver's ability to react to an emergency. Researchers plan to study volunteers to determine the right way to pull drivers out of their trance.
It could be an audio cue or an icon, such as a coffee cup, Edmunds reported.

[Bearbeiten] Market Reaction To Fiscal Deadlines
Congress comes back from their vacations this month. Among other things, they'll have to address the debt ceiling as well as the expiring continuing resolution, which threatens to shutdown parts of the government after September 30.
This is all stuff that Americans have dealt with before. And to a certain extent, we've all been calloused by fiscal brinksmanship.
"So far, investors have been complacent about the risks posed by the looming budget fight," . "They believe that as in the past the fiscal showdown will end with a midnight compromise that avoids both default and a government shutdown."
"But investors seem to underestimate how dysfunctional US national politics has become," he warned. "With a majority of the Republican Party on a jihad against government spending, fiscal explosions this autumn cannot be ruled out."
So how should investors think about the coming debt limit and spending debate?
Perhaps we should consider what happened in the recent past.
Goldman Sachs economist Alec Phillips wrote about this in an August 16 note to clients:
Will Markets React After So Many False Alarms?
Since it is likely that the upcoming fiscal issues will be resolved at the last minute, it would be natural for some market participants to become more concerned as the dates approach. That said, after several rounds of fiscal brinkmanship over the last few years, markets may be somewhat desensitized to the headlines, at least until shortly before the deadline.
Not all fiscal showdowns are alike,, and the potential market reaction depends on what is at stake. The debt limit debate in 2011 may have had the broadest effect, since the debt limit itself posed an immediate risk to the financial system, while the fiscal reforms being negotiated alongside the debt limit would affect the fiscal stance, sectors dependent on federal spending, and economic growth more broadly. For this reason (as well as unrelated factors,Hot Sale 2013 Latest NFL Jerseys, such as deterioration in the Euro Area around the same time) significant effects were seen in confidence, interest rates, and equities, among other measures.
By contrast, a government shutdown would have much more limited consequences and thus should also have much more limited market effects. Exhibit 5 shows equity volatility, the change in 10-year Treasury yields, and the change in a basket of equities with exposure to government revenues constructed by our colleagues in equity research. We would be surprised to see the perceived risk of a government shutdown which we view as unlikely in any case weigh on market sentiment,Wholesale NFL Jerseys women, but it is possible that the debt limit could result in short-lived volatility around the deadline.
Like the title says: "Not all fiscal deadlines are created equal."
