"We are yet to get confirmation from what's happening in the building," Col. Cyrus Oguna, a Kenyan military spokesman, told The Associated Press. Late on Sunday, Kenya's National Disaster Operation Centre said on Twitter that "this will end tonight. Our forces will prevail." Late on Sunday, Oguna said that many of the rescued hostages whom he said were mostly adults were suffering from dehydration. An Associated Press reporter at a triage center next to the mall said no hostages ever showed up there. His overall health index has climbed from roughly 75 percent last week to 85-90 as he and the Cyclones (0-2) prepare for Thursday’s 6:30 p.m. showdown at Tulsa (1-2).
“I’m getting better,” the sophomore play-caller reiterated Sunday night.
The bad news?

It’s not just the ankle anymore.
Richardson also is rehabilitating a groin injury.
Minor, he says, and stemming from the problem with the ankle first experienced during the season-opening loss to Northern Iowa.
“It’s nothing big,” he noted.
But small issues can compound to produce major effects.
Just ask ISU coach Paul Rhoads, who harkened back to his playing days at Missouri Western to illustrate how various injuries can mushroom in mysterious ways.
“I had a hip-back injury that I thought I’d gotten rid of and then I hurt a knee right before training camp,Police Bar 13,000 Rivers’ Teachers from P’Harcou,” said Rhoads, whose team seeks to improve to 2-1 against the Golden Hurricane in the past 13 months. “Next thing you knew,wholesale nfl jerseys china, the back was back. It’s possible, Rhoads indicated, if Richardson’s health continues to curtail his productivity on the ground, both as a rusher and a facilitator.

So is Richardson — if he’s fully functional, even if not quite 100 percent.
“If I’m out there playing, it’s because I’m out there and able to do that stuff,” he said.

Starting at their 35-yard line, Brady could not connect with Bolden or Julian Edelman on first and second down, then on third down Bolden gained 6 yards on a screen pass.
The Patriots of course went for it on fourth down, and inexplicably safety Chris Crocker was whistled for offsides, giving New England the first down.
Then Cincinnati s Wallace Gilberry was whistled for hitting Brady in the helmet on a follow-through on second down in Bengals territory, giving the Patriots another fresh set of downs from the 27.

Aside from Anne, Martin is learning about hashtags from people young enough to be his sons, like Robin and Ram Nievera.

Martin can tell a good singer from a so-so one by his effect on the audience. A good singer, Martin relates, gives the audience the same ‘wow’ feeling when he whispers a song as when he goes for the highest notes (read: birit).
He should know. Martin has produced the hits “Kahit Isang Saglit,” “You Are My Song,” “Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin,” “Forever” and others.
Martin doesn’t want to fool himself, though. He knows young people are not as familiar with his songs the way they are with the likes of Christian Bautista.
“Someone came up to me and told me how dare I remake Christian’s ‘You are My Song’ I’ve remade Basil Valdez songs, but ‘You Are My Song’ is mine,” says Martin.
Did he feel bad?
“I was laughing to death!”
It is this knack for poking fun at himself that keeps Martin afloat in a business riddled with competition.
And it is this ability to look at the light side of things that could help him fulfill a dream: returning to late-night talk shows where “I can grow old with the station of my choice.”
So far, Martin adds, the station willing to help him is ABS-CBN. And he has stuck it out as a Kapamilya, despite the temptation to join other networks.
How about a food show, like “Grilling with Martin”, since he prepared and served grilled hamburger patties to the press recently?

Continued KaPau Chemistry It looks like D’Antoni is likely to start Kaman and Gasol together once the regular season begins. Jordan Hill appears to be more suited for a bench role, where he can provide his usual energy and rebounding, and his skillset is not as well-suited for D’Antoni’s sets. Kaman and Gasol are interchangeable on the offensive side, and it has been exciting to watch them work with one another offensively. They need to focus more on the defensive side, particularly on the boards. The Lakers must be a good rebounding team because they project to be average at best defensively. A team that starts two seven-footers must be able to dominate the boards.

Detroit went 10-12 from the line in the first period and big men Andre Drummond and Greg Monroe dominated inside with Nik Vucevic sitting out, giving the Pistons a 27-19 lead after the first quarter.
Moe Harkless led the Magic in the second period, attacking the basket and scoring a team high 7 points in the quarter. The Pistons went scoreless for 6 minutes, allowing the Magic to take a 43-36 advantage at half.
Detroit s cold shooting continued in the third, while Orlando got red hot. The Magic took a 68-45 lead with 1:51 in the third. Furious with his team s effort, Piston s coach Mo Cheeks took a timeout and really laid into his guys.
It seemed to be what his team needed, as Detroit climbed all the way back and eventually took a one-point lead with 56 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Granted, Detroit played most of their starters in the fourth while the Magic lineup consisted mostly of non-roster guys. Romero Osby found Kyle O Quinn underneath the basket for a layup with 38 seconds left, which turned out to be the game winning basket.
